Lancaster ISD is excited to announce the opening of Early Childhood registration for the 2022-2023 school year. Online registration for the district’s Early Childhood programs will open Friday, April 1 at www.lancasterisd.org/earlychildhood. On this date, parents/guardians can submit pre-applications and register for Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, Head Start, and kindergarten (only if the student will be new-to-district when starting kindergarten next school year.) Additionally, Lancaster ISD will host an in-person registration event Saturday, April 9, 2022 (8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.), at the Lancaster High School Coliseum.
Pre-K and Head Start Information
Students who will turn three or four years of age by September 1 of the current year can pre-register and complete the pre-application process for Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Head Start. The entire pre-application process is online and will require WI-FI access and a technology device (computer, laptop, tablet) to complete.
Lancaster ISD will be providing in-person support and access to a technology device on Saturday, April 9 (8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.) in the Lancaster High School Coliseum, located at 200 E Wintergreen Rd. Lancaster, TX 75134. Due to Lancaster ISD’s COVID-19 protocols, individuals that would like to receive in-person support must wear a mask/face covering while inside the coliseum.
Kindergarten Registration Information
Parents of students who will turn five years of age by September 1 of the current year, and will be new to Lancaster ISD, can register online for kindergarten. The entire application process is online and can be completed by visiting www.lancasterisd.org/earlychildhood. Please note that current Pre-K students in Lancaster ISD will not need to register for kindergarten during this time. The online registration process requires WI-FI access and a technology device (computer, laptop, tablet) to complete. Families needing internet access to complete the kindergarten application process may attend the in-person registration event on Saturday, April 9 (8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.) in the Lancaster High School Coliseum, located at 200 E Wintergreen Rd.
