Lancaster ISD/Lancaster, TX --Lancaster ISD is seeking highly effective educators to join the Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) program at Lancaster Middle School. Qualified candidates are invited to attend the ACE Job Fair on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lancaster Middle School (822 W. Pleasant Run Road, Lancaster, TX 75146).
This event will allow prospective candidates to meet campus leaders, learn more about the ACE program, and explore opportunities to make a meaningful impact with Lancaster ISD students.
Lancaster ISD offers a competitive compensation package, including starting certified teacher pay of $61,000, stipend opportunities, semi-monthly pay, strong support for new teachers, and the potential to earn up to $32,000 through the Teacher Incentive Allotment program.
Please note: Candidates interested in ACE positions must be certified teachers.
