Lancaster ISD staff and administration will continue to monitor the status of the COVID-19 pandemic. All of our efforts are to keep students, parents and staff safe as we return to school in August 2021.

Please keep in mind that as our understanding of COVID-19 evolves, so will our response. Circumstances related to COVID-19 may change throughout the coming school year, and we will keep all parents informed if conditions warrant adjustments to this plan. We will work closely with the Dallas County Health Department (DCHD), along with the Commissioner of Texas Education Agency to provide the most updated and appropriate practices.

NOTE: Information in this document may be subject to change pending updates from DCHD and Center for Disease Control (CDC). Lancaster ISD will comply with CDC and DCHD authorities when making all final decisions not necessarily outlined in this document.
