May 11, 2026, Lancaster ISD/Lancaster, TX -- Our Teeing Up Your Future: Student Key Communicators Celebration was the perfect end-of-year celebration for this year’s Superintendent Key Communicators. Students enjoyed an afternoon of reflection, recognition, and fun as we celebrated their leadership and impact throughout the school year.
Special thanks to Kareeme Hawkins for sharing powerful words of wisdom on goal setting, planning for the future, and encouraging students to take ownership of what comes next.
Dr. A. K. Perera presented our graduating seniors with their Student Key Communicator honor cords as we recognized their leadership and service.
Students wrapped up the event with a fun round of putting on the greens at Country View Golf Course.
We enjoyed connecting with this year’s Student Key Communicators and look forward to all our graduating seniors will achieve as they begin their next chapter. We’re also excited to welcome returning students back to serve as Key Communicators next school year.
