Students who have excessive absences for the fourth six weeks must complete Denial of Credit (DOC) seat time in order to earn course credit. DOC sessions are scheduled before school (5:00 a.m., 5:30 a.m., or 6:00 a.m.), after school (3:30–5:00 p.m.), and on designated Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. All MP4 seat time hours must be completed by March 28. Please note that absences occurring after February 20 will result in additional seat time owed.
Students are required to bring their school-issued iPad and current school ID to each session. Doors close promptly at 6:00 a.m. for morning sessions, 3:31 p.m. for after-school sessions, and 9:20 a.m. for Saturday sessions. Late arrivals will not be admitted. All sessions will be held in the cafeteria and are available for freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
It is critical that students attend assigned sessions consistently to remain on track for credit. Families are encouraged to monitor attendance closely and ensure students fulfill all required seat time obligations by the deadline.
