Staff Raises

July 17, 2025, Lancaster ISD/Lancaster, TX -- During the July 16 Board Meeting, the Lancaster ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a compensation package that includes salary increases for all returning teachers and staff across the district. The board of trustees voted in favor of the plan, demonstrating their continued commitment to recruiting, rewarding, and retaining top talent.

Approved raises for the 2025-2026 school year is listed below for returning employees:

  • Teachers with 5 or more years of experience will receive a $5,000 raise

  • Teachers with 3–4 years of experience will receive a $2,500 raise

  • Teachers with 1–2 years of experience will receive a $1,000 raise

  • All other employees across the district will receive a $1,000 raise

Although House Bill 2 limits state-funded raises to teachers with three or more years of experience, the Lancaster ISD Board of Trustees took action to ensure returning district employees benefit from a locally funded pay increase. Through this plan, every returning Lancaster ISD employee, regardless of role or years of service, will receive a salary increase for the 2025-2026 school year.
