Submitting Tickets

The Lancaster Independent School District Technology Team is committed to delivering top-notch customer service through various technical support channels.

As we transition away from the Freshservice platform, we are currently utilizing a Google Form for submitting tickets and requests. To request support, LISD faculty & staff can:

  • Fill out the Google Form provided here and follow the prompts to submit a ticket directly through the form.

  • Send an email to support@lancasterisd.org. Please ensure that the email is sent from your Lancaster ISD email account.

  • Call (972) 218-1645 for assistance.

When submitting a ticket via the Google Form, you will be guided through the process to provide your district email, location, and detailed information about any technical issues you may be experiencing. Thank you for your cooperation during this transition period.
