Lancaster ISD welcomes students needing classroom observation hours for their educator preparation programs!

Follow the steps below to become a classroom observer with Lancaster ISD.

Important Notes: 

• Bring a valid photo ID with you to the school(s) you are observing. 

• When you arrive for the observations, sign in at the front office. 

• If you do not receive a clearance notification within 5 business days, please contact the Human Resources Department at (972) 218-1400  or hr@lancasterisd.org.  Include your first name, last name and date of birth in the correspondence to initiate a review of your application.
