Scheduled Activities & Fees: Spring Activities

● Tuesday, May 12 – Pinstack ($30)

● Wednesday, May 13 – Collegiate Day (Free)

● Thursday, May 14 – Junior Picnic ($30)

● Friday, May 15 – Junior Crossover ($40)


Eligibility Requirements:

To participate in any of the above activities, students must meet the following criteria:

1. Discipline – Students must have no disciplinary infractions.

2. Attendance – Students must have good attendance and no denial of credit.

3. Conduct – Students must exhibit appropriate behavior in and out of the classroom.

Disciplinary Review Process:

Disciplinary Policy for Junior Activities

  1. Review of Participation:
    If a student has paid for junior activities but subsequently receives a disciplinary infraction, the case will be reviewed by Mr. Stricklin and the administrative team to determine eligibility for continued participation.

  2. Denial of Participation:
    If participation is denied as a result of disciplinary action, the student will be issued a refund in accordance with school policy.

Class of 2027 - Senior Release Criteria

Lancaster High School – Class of 2027 (Current Juniors) Senior Release Criteria
Late Arrival / Early Release

Scheduling for senior classes will begin this week. As we begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year, please note that Senior Release Time (Late Arrival or Early Release) is a privilege and is only available to students who meet alleligibility requirements below:

To be eligible, students must:

  1. Be in Good Academic Standing

    • Have passed all required courses for graduation by the end of the spring semester of junior year

    • Not be enrolled in Credit Recovery

  2. Have Passed All STAAR Exams

    • Earn passing scores on all five required STAAR EOC exams

  3. Have Taken the ACT

    • Successfully complete the ACT exam

  4. Meet Attendance/Behavior Expectations

    • Be in good attendance standing with no denial of credit from previous semester(s)

    • Maintain appropriate conduct; disciplinary infractions may result in denial or revocation of late arrival/early release

  5. Have Transportation and Follow Sign-In/Out Procedures

    • Provide reliable transportation to and from campus

    • Arrive no later than 8:55 a.m. for Late Arrival and depart campus by 1:50 p.m. for Early Release

    • Students must sign in and sign out as required

    • Failure to comply may result in loss of Senior Release Time
