Complaints & Concerns

We encourage students and parents to discuss their concerns through an informal conference with the appropriate teacher/coach, principal, or other campus administrators in accordance with FNG (LOCAL). Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the lowest possible administrative level.

Below is an overview of the Complaint or Concern Resolution Process:

  1. Parents are required to meet with their student's campus principal or designee

  2. The principal is informed of the parent's concern

  3. Principal or designee responds to the issue within 24 to 48 hours

  4. If the issue is not resolved, please report your complaint or concern HERE.

  5. An administrator from Central Office meets with the parent

  6. A central office administrator follows up with principal within 24 hours

  7. A central office administrator follows up with parents within 24 hours
