    • Passed a Tax Ratification Election (TRE) which brought an extra $6 million dollars in school funding.
    • Consistently passed balanced budgets with budget surplus.
    • Successfully manage a $70 million-dollar annual budget.
    • Managed and oversaw the completion of the 2015 Bond Initiative, which included a 9th Grade Center and Middle School. The construction was completed on time and under budget.
    • Implemented a One-to-One Technology Initiative to meet the needs of students and teachers.
    • All Lancaster ISD schools have met standard and received one or more distinctions for five consecutive school years.
    • Lancaster ISD is recognized as the most academically improved school district in Dallas County from 2012-2020, according to Dallas COMMIT data.
    • Lancaster ISD has achieved a much coveted District Distinction Designation for College Readiness from the Texas Education Agency.
    • Lancaster ISD received an A financial letter grade in the 2019-2020 FIRST Ratings.
    • Lancaster ISD is a B rated school district according to the Texas Education Agency accountability report card.
    • Lancaster ISD has achieved over 130 academic distinctions designated by the Texas Education Agency.
    • Accomplished a designation of a Blue Ribbon Elementary School under superintendent tenure.
    • Established an Aspiring Principal Leadership Cadre to help establish and promote top quality principals and assistant principals.
    • Provided exceptional leadership and saved Elsie Robertson Middle School form being taken over by the Texas Education Agency and established it as a Distinguished School with High Academic Performance Ratings.
    • Led Kennemer Middle School from Academically Acceptable to an Exemplary Campus.
    • Led Drane Intermediate from school improvement needed to an Exemplary Rated Campus.
