Need Help with Technology? FreshService will assist the Technology Department by providing assistance to the school population by placing a help ticket in the system. There are three ways to reach out to us:
1. Submit via email to Support@LancasterISD.Org. Include the concern in the subject line and you can explain any errors, symptoms or other information in the body of the email. Once the email is sent, it becomes a Technology Ticket automatically.
2. Via the web at https://Support.LancasterISD.Org.
3. By phone by calling our HelpDesk at (972) 218-1645.
