    The Lancaster Independent School District Technology Team is proud to provide excellent customer service through various technical support methods.

    Support will now be provided from our freshservice platform via phone, email, and chat. LISD faculty & staff are now able to submit support requests by:

    o When submitting email for support, please be sure you are submitting an email from your lancasterisd email account.

    • dialing (972) 218-1645
    • initiating a chat session via the freshservice portal dashboard which can be accessed by visiting the following URL: support.lancasterisd.org, creating an account, and clicking on the chat icon illustrated in the image below.

    • A ticket can also be submitted via the freshservice dashboard portal by selecting, “New Ticket” option located in the upper right hand corner.
