Welcome to West Main Elementary
Dear Parents and Friends,

Welcome back to a brand new school year at West Main Elementary "Where Everybody is Somebody". As always, we are excited about our students returning so that we can teach, teach, teach, and learn, learn, learn. That's what it is all about. We believe that every child is special and every effort will be made to address the needs of your individual child. When you visit our school, you will feel the warmth, friendliness, and excitement shared by all.

It is our goal to maintain a safe, clean, and positive school environment. A dear teacher friend of mine always taught his students that he had only one rule - Respect. If you always show respect for people, places and things, then all the rest will fall into place. You will be safe, you will learn, and you will have fun. Simply put, those are our goals at West Main Elementary.

We welcome you to join our enthusiastic team of dedicated teachers and staff as we go about the important business of teaching and learning.

Sincerely,
Priscilla Maxfield, Principal
