I am excited about the 2011/2012 school year and I am looking forward to the opportunities that a new school year brings.  Lancaster ISD students made significant academic gains this past year and I assure you that the LISD teachers, staff, and faculty will not rest on our progress. We return with a renewed sense of purpose and a laser like focus on ensuring that we provide the best educational experience possible as we strive to become the best district of the Best Southwest. 

    

The District Strategic Plan represents our Excellence Agenda and is used as our roadmap. It was collaboratively developed by LISD stakeholders and identifies specific desired results to which all efforts are directed toward the good of all students. 

Our focus for this school year is to have One Voice, One Vision and to operate as One District United with One Purpose:  Excellence for All. No Alibis.
